Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to oversee financial reporting and client engagements while leading a team of accounting professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client accounting relationships and ensure transparency in financial reporting
• Oversee client compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements, including monthly financial close and KPI management
• Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, supporting recruitment and performance management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and/or CPA license preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Accounting Manager
• 2+ years of audit experience in a CPA firm
• Strong experience with QuickBooks Online and complex revenue recognition
• Experience in revamping accounting processes and technology
