Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, ARS.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage team performance related to accounts receivable management and revenue cycle indicators
• Act as a liaison among hospital managers to coordinate billing efforts and resolve major billing issues
• Conduct quality audits and provide reports on productivity and performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• Prior management or supervisory experience
• BA/BS in business or related field; graduate degree preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in healthcare business office operations
• AAHAM Certification preferred
• Knowledge of insurance reimbursement practices and regulatory provisions related to collections
