Senior Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Controller to oversee accounting operations and ensure compliance in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Oversee inventory accounting and reconciliation across multiple sales channels
• Direct accounting staff and implement process improvements to support business growth

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or progress toward CPA preferred
• 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or CPG environments
• Strong experience in inventory accounting in high-volume settings
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting/ERP systems, preferably NetSuite
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal control frameworks
