Job Summary
A company is looking for a Tax Operations Specialist to support the HCM Tax Department in achieving organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Import client tax liability from payroll platforms and ensure timely and accurate filing and payment of payroll taxes
- Prepare and file quarterly and annual tax returns, including amended returns, and maintain client tax information
- Run payroll tax reports, verify accuracy for governmental agencies, and recommend process improvements for discrepancies
Required Qualifications
- Extremely organized with the ability to meet critical deadlines
- Analytical with strong problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel and Word
- Ability to work well under pressure while consistently meeting time-sensitive deadlines
