Accounts Payable Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their remote team in Colorado.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and verify credit card transactions and assign billing codes for client-related expenses
• Process vendor invoices and employee reimbursements, ensuring accurate coding and timely payments
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and support financial reporting needs

Required Qualifications

• Two or more years of accounts payable experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services setting
• Familiarity with Ramp and legal billing systems such as TimeSolv is preferred
• Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) certification preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
