Remote Senior Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Senior Accountant to join their Implementation Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle accounting including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
• Set up customer and vendor accounts, and perform daily bank reconciliations
• Assist with the monthly close process and document financial reports

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience with QuickBooks
• Experience working with small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs) in the $5M to $50M market
• Proficiency in Excel, including Vlookups, Sumifs, and Pivot Tables
• Ability to train accountants during client transitions
• Experience with financial report preparation and analysis
