Job Summary
A company is looking for an Accountant, SEC Reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and prepare documentary support for SEC filings including Form 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K
- Ensure timely responses to internal and external audit requests for quarterly reviews and annual audits
- Assist with quarterly and year-end financial reporting tasks and support project management related to reporting objectives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a similar field
- 2+ years of related experience in Accounting and Financial Services
- Strong working knowledge of financial reporting and analysis of financial statements
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams; experience with SAP and Workiva Wdesk is a plus
- Completion of, or working towards, CPA is highly desired
