Student Accounts Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Student Accounts Representative responsible for managing collections and resolving delinquent student accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor assigned student accounts for accuracy and expected payments
• Contact students with delinquent payments to achieve collection goals
• Process inquiries related to open balances and set up payment arrangements

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in collection procedures and dispute resolution is highly desired
• Experience in an automated call center environment is a plus
• Comfortable in a high-volume production environment with deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
