Payroll Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist to support end-to-end U.S. payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Process biweekly and/or semi-monthly U.S. payrolls in Workday, ensuring validation and reconciliation
• Coordinate payroll tax filings with OSV and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain and audit employee records and respond to payroll-related inquiries

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of U.S. payroll experience, preferably in a multi-state environment
• Hands-on experience with Workday Payroll is required
• Familiarity with OneSource Virtual (OSV) payroll tax services is preferred
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) is preferred
• Experience supporting Workday payroll implementations or enhancements is a plus
