Payroll Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Manager to lead payroll operations across U.S. and international teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees and contractors across multiple regions
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws while collaborating with HR and Accounting
• Lead payroll-related components of internal and external audits and maintain payroll systems and records

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field
• 7+ years of U.S.-based payroll experience in a multi-state and multi-entity environment
• Strong knowledge of U.S. payroll tax laws and compliance requirements
• Experience with timesheet systems and payroll journal entries
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar platforms
