Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping, including AP/AR, payroll, general ledger, and reconciliations
- Provide weekly financial updates and prepare monthly reports for clients
- Review work of Junior Bookkeepers and assist in onboarding new clients
Required Qualifications
- 1-7 years of bookkeeping experience across various industries
- Expertise in QuickBooks Online and desktop, including complex reconciliations
- Ability to communicate financial data clearly to clients
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in financial reporting
- Self-motivated and proactive in a remote work environment
