A company is looking for a Credit Balance Specialist II to work from home in Pennsylvania.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve credit balances for patients and third-party payers, including cash application and billing functions
- Monitor and improve revenue management processes to enhance organizational efficiency and meet financial targets
- Conduct research on assigned accounts and provide training for new or established staff as needed
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) is required
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience is required
- Working knowledge of revenue management software is necessary
- Experience with at least two payers is preferred
- Ability to assist in process improvements and operational efficiencies
