A company is looking for a FM Billing Technical Supervisor to coordinate the billing operations and lead the team in alignment with company goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities related to billing
- Resolve complex customer inquiries and manage billing queues and cases
- Conduct quality control reviews and develop reports and metrics
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting preferred
- One (1) year supervisory experience preferred
- 2-3 years of experience in a team leader or training position
- Strong customer service experience
- Expert level PC skills including Excel and Word
