Senior Accountant with CPA License

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary accounting contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with GAAP
• Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering a collaborative environment and supporting their professional development
• Manage client compliance, including maintaining internal controls and preparing compliance-related reports

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and/or CPA license preferred
• 3-5 years of experience as an Accounting Manager, with a minimum of 2 years in audit work at a CPA firm
• Experience revamping accounting processes and technology
• Strong knowledge of complex revenue recognition and payroll
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online; familiarity with Xero, Intacct, and NetSuite is a plus
