Job Summary

A company is looking for a Credit Collections Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the entire collections lifecycle from early delinquency to charge-off
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for compliant execution of collections activities
• Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements in operational workflows

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in collections operations, preferably in credit card or small business lending
• Strong knowledge of collections strategies and regulatory frameworks (e.g., FDCPA, UDAAP)
• Experience in managing collections agency operations
• Proficiency in Salesforce and data analysis systems
• Ability to travel 1-2 times a year for on-site visits
