Billing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Specialist (Part Time).

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-departmentally to ensure accuracy of customer invoicing
• Support in clearing incoming customer and internal requests through the Billing Operations ticketing system
• Adjust customer accounts for changes in subscription plans or added services requested

Required Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant experience
• Some experience with Zendesk
• Experience with Chargebee, Hubspot, and Salesforce software (preferred)
• Prior SaaS billing experience (preferred)
• Knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques
