Senior Staff Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Staff Accountant to join their finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform full-cycle general ledger accounting, including month-end close activities
• Assist in preparing financial statements and investor reports in accordance with GAAP
• Manage customer invoicing, track payments, and ensure proper revenue recognition

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a healthcare organization
• Proficiency with QuickBooks; experience in NetSuite and payroll platforms is a plus
• Experience with healthcare accounting and understanding of GAAP and internal controls
• CPA certification is a plus but not required
