Job Summary

A company is looking for an Access Cost Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and reconcile vendor invoice balances and payment discrepancies
  • Provide detailed notation regarding invoice activity and account reconciliations
  • Interface with internal customers and external vendors to resolve payment issues and ensure timely invoice receipt
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent with 4+ years of experience, including 3+ years directly related to the job
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is preferred
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Familiarity with accounting software, such as Oracle, is a plus
  • Knowledge of telecommunications line cost regulations is advantageous
