A company is looking for an Access Cost Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and reconcile vendor invoice balances and payment discrepancies
- Provide detailed notation regarding invoice activity and account reconciliations
- Interface with internal customers and external vendors to resolve payment issues and ensure timely invoice receipt
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent with 4+ years of experience, including 3+ years directly related to the job
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is preferred
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Familiarity with accounting software, such as Oracle, is a plus
- Knowledge of telecommunications line cost regulations is advantageous
