A company is looking for a Payroll & Compliance Manager to lead U.S. and international payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end processing of U.S. and Canadian payroll, ensuring compliance with regulations
• Ensure payroll operations comply with relevant labor laws and manage payroll tax filings
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and maintain accurate payroll records

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field
• Proven expertise in processing payroll across international entities, specifically U.S. and Canada
• Strong knowledge of payroll tax laws and reporting requirements in the U.S. and Canada
• Advanced proficiency in ADP Workforce Now and Microsoft Excel
• Experience with compliance requests and managing statutory reporting requirements
