Billing and Collections Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing and Collections Analyst in Accounts Receivable.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead proactive, data-informed collections efforts to boost cash flow
• Collaborate with the billing team to resolve discrepancies and maintain documentation of collection efforts
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track key metrics and participate in process improvements

Required Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in accounting and/or collections/billing
• BS/BA in accounting, finance, or a relevant field
• Strong skills in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; experience with Jet Reports is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to review and comprehend contract terms
• A proactive mindset with strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively
