A company is looking for a Payroll Tax Specialist Senior.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintains US state and local tax registrations for multiple entities
- Manages timely processing of federal, state, and local tax filings and payments
- Reconciles periodic, quarterly, and annual tax report balancing between payroll applications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
- 5 years of ADP Smart Compliance payroll tax and reporting experience
- 5 years of multi-state and local U.S. payroll tax experience
- 10+ years of payroll experience in a mid-to-large, high volume, multi-state company
- Certified Public Accountant preferred upon hire
