Job Summary

A company is looking for an Underwriter-Contractors to evaluate and price insurance applications remotely or in the office.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform risk selection and analysis by evaluating relevant documents to determine underwriting decisions
• Review customer web activity to identify trends and address issues promptly
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to facilitate underwriting processes and service accounts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
• Knowledge of construction is a plus
• Ability to analyze underwriting documents and negotiate terms effectively
• Professional insurance designation or certification preferred
