Payroll Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Analyst to ensure accurate and efficient payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately process payroll and resolve payroll-related discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal payroll regulations
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and enhance payroll systems

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a multi-state environment
• Workday Payroll experience is required
• Knowledge of U.S. federal and state payroll laws; exposure to Canadian payroll laws preferred
• Advanced analytical and Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
