Job Summary
A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Manager who will oversee the accounts payable function and ensure accurate processing of vendor invoices and expense reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the accounts payable function and ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and expense reports
- Develop and maintain accounts payable policies, procedures, and process documentation
- Manage the annual process for issuing 1099 tax forms and ensure compliance with sales tax exemption requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; equivalent experience accepted
- 2-5 years' experience in an accounting or finance department
- Experience with Concur Invoice and Concur Expense preferred
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel required
