Job Summary

A company is looking for an AR Follow-Up Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain standard quality audit processes and perform monthly audits
• Train new employees and conduct quarterly performance reviews for direct reports
• Monitor workload and attendance, and communicate process changes to staff

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Medical Insurance Follow Up/insurance collections experience required
• Supervisory or management experience in a healthcare environment
• Healthcare RCM background preferred
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel
