CPA SEC Reporting Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an SEC Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft SEC reporting documents, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC guidelines
• Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to ensure accuracy of financial disclosures
• Analyze new accounting standards and assist with their implementation

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in financial reporting and/or accounting
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master's preferred
• Active CPA license with public accounting experience (Big 4 preferred)
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
• Experience with financial reporting software such as NetSuite, FloQast, and Workiva is a plus
