California Licensed Senior Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Technical Accounting & SEC Reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert on complex U.S. GAAP topics and lead technical accounting research
• Oversee the preparation and review of all SEC filings and ensure compliance with SEC regulations
• Coordinate cross-functionally to gather necessary inputs for disclosures and support audit processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA license required
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including Big 4 public accounting or public company experience
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations
• Experience with SEC reporting processes and familiarity with SOX compliance
