CPA Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and lead the month-end close processes including general ledger, accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, intercompany, and consolidations
• Manage daily close checklists, account reconciliations, and variance analyses, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments for timely and accurate close processes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in an accounting role, with 2+ years in a people management role
• Proven ability to lead a 5-day (or faster) close process in a fast-paced environment
• CPA certification
• Experience managing international accounting and statutory audits
• Interest or experience in leveraging AI and automation to optimize accounting processes
