Job Summary
A company is looking for a Payroll Administrator to support payroll operations and ensure compliance with multi-state payroll regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and audit bi-weekly payrolls for employees across multiple FEINs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations
- Investigate and resolve inquiries related to payroll taxes from tax agencies and employees
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of payroll experience with a strong understanding of multi-state tax compliance
- Experience processing payroll for multiple FEINs and complex pay structures
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Experience with payroll software systems and Excel
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation preferred but not required
