Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily financial, accounting, and business operations to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance
- Lead the annual budgeting process and develop financial metrics aligned with strategic goals
- Manage state and federal compliance filings and create standard operating procedures for financial operations
Required Qualifications
- B.A/B.S. in Finance, Accounting, or related field, with at least 4 years of relevant experience
- Experience with nonprofit organization financials and accounting practices
- Familiarity with QuickBooks and other accounting software systems
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with CRM donor databases
- Strong ethics regarding financial security and controls
