Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Director, Corporate Accounting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor departmental managers, ensuring performance and professional development
- Oversee month-end close processes and ensure accurate reconciliation of corporate accounts
- Coordinate annual audits and ensure compliance with US GAAP and government regulations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business administration required
- CPA qualification strongly preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience, including 5+ years in a management role
- Experience with ERP or complex accounting systems required; knowledge of Deltek CostPoint desirable
- Strong understanding of US government CAS, FAR, and 2 CFR 200 cost principles preferred
