Corporate Accounting Associate Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Corporate Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor departmental managers, ensuring performance and professional development
• Oversee month-end close processes and ensure accurate reconciliation of corporate accounts
• Coordinate annual audits and ensure compliance with US GAAP and government regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business administration required
• CPA qualification strongly preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience, including 5+ years in a management role
• Experience with ERP or complex accounting systems required; knowledge of Deltek CostPoint desirable
• Strong understanding of US government CAS, FAR, and 2 CFR 200 cost principles preferred
