Job Summary

A company is looking for a Defined Contribution Administration Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee a team of retirement plan specialists and manage workflow to meet service and compliance expectations
  • Build and maintain client-centric relationships while ensuring timely deliverables
  • Identify process improvements and implement best practices to enhance team productivity
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 5 or more years of supervisory or management experience in the retirement plan industry
  • Experience with FT Williams required; Pension Pro software experience preferred
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office applications required
  • Broad knowledge of the retirement plan industry; ASPPA and/or NIPA credentials preferred
