Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a team of retirement plan specialists and manage workflow to meet service and compliance expectations
- Build and maintain client-centric relationships while ensuring timely deliverables
- Identify process improvements and implement best practices to enhance team productivity
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 5 or more years of supervisory or management experience in the retirement plan industry
- Experience with FT Williams required; Pension Pro software experience preferred
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office applications required
- Broad knowledge of the retirement plan industry; ASPPA and/or NIPA credentials preferred
