Key Responsibilities

• Manage administration onboarding calls to align account setup with customer expectations
• Review and reconcile employer payment records with coverage elections
• Identify account risk indicators through monthly reporting and escalate issues as needed

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 5 years of customer service experience in an office or business environment
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and intermediate knowledge of Word
• Demonstrated research and analytical capability
• Background in insurance, billing services, or account management preferred
