Job Summary
A company is looking for a Payroll Compliance Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborates with Product Specialists to translate country-specific payroll compliance requirements into technical specifications
- Educates the Product team on legislation and ensures correct implementation through testing
- Develops and maintains legislative specifications for reports and integrations to ensure ongoing compliance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field
- 4+ years of payroll experience in the US with advanced knowledge of local payroll
- Strong working knowledge of local regulations and policies related to payroll and HR
- Experience in multiple country jurisdictions is an advantage
- Experience supporting the design and implementation of a multi-region Payroll Solution is an advantage
