Medicare Insurance Biller

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Biller - Medicare.

Key Responsibilities

• Work claims that are pending too long at Medicare, have been denied, or incorrectly paid
• Review and identify issues causing claims to remain on hold
• Provide additional information to Medicare and handle follow-up on denials

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Medicare billing processes
• Strong computer skills, including basic knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Ability to manage large volumes of work while meeting deadlines
• Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm
• Experience in a performance-metric environment is preferred
