Senior Settlement Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Settlement Analyst to manage reconciliation processes and oversee an offshore team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily/monthly reconciliation of settlement accounts
• Oversee and coordinate with a 4-member offshore team
• Investigate and resolve mismatches in large volumes of financial data

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of accounting and reconciliation experience
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas)
• Experience with high-volume financial data
• Offshore/remote team management or coordination experience
• Background in financial services, fintech, or payment processing is a plus
