Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Staff and Senior Accountants
• Prepare and provide financial statements and month-end financial analysis
• Ensure compliance with financial reporting deadlines and maintain accurate financial records

Required Qualifications

• Prior supervision experience of Staff or Senior Accountants
• Strong understanding of core accounting principles and internal controls
• Ability to develop and implement financial and operating metrics
• Experience in a private equity portfolio company is preferred
• Proven track record of employee development and team collaboration
