Job Summary
A company is looking for a Treasury Operations Associate to join their payroll Treasury team.
Key Responsibilities
- Confirm receipt of funds from ACH transactions and wires, and communicate with team members
- Verify and respond to client A/R account balance inquiries prior to releasing payroll batches
- Initiate ACH transactions and maintain an internal project list of active and inactive client projects
Required Qualifications
- Work experience demonstrating ability to handle high volumes under pressure
- General understanding of financial and banking transactions
- Knowledge of Excel, NetSuite, online banking portals, and Google Workspace
- Ability to perform time-sensitive tasks with dedicated oversight
- Experience with payroll processes and client account management
