Construction Controller Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller-level Consultant with expertise in Sage Intacct implementations for the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and resolve project setup issues and streamline change order processes
• Optimize billing and invoicing workflows, including the development of custom invoice templates
• Implement compliance tracking solutions and provide training on improved workflows

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7-10 years of Controller or Senior Finance/Accounting experience, preferably in construction
• Proven expertise with Sage Intacct implementation and optimization
• Hands-on experience with Sage 300 and understanding of migration challenges
• Deep understanding of construction-specific accounting practices
• Experience creating custom workflows and reporting tools in ERP systems
