Key Responsibilities
- Conduct reconciliations of operating expenses and tax statements to ensure compliance with lease terms
- Perform advanced audits for lease administration clients and prepare complex reports of findings
- Review high-value contracts to identify fees and ensure accurate CAM reconciliations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education
- Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset
