Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bookkeeper/Account Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and digital payment platforms
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, and manage invoicing for clients and vendors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting, preferably in media, entertainment, or agency environments
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite)
- Strong knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
- Understanding of accrual and cash-based accounting
