Accounts Payable Data Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Data Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and approve vendor/carrier invoice data for payment, identifying overbillings or underbillings
• Maintain and develop advanced Excel models for expense allocation schedules
• Support month-end and year-end close activities with accurate data validation and reporting

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or data analytics, preferably in the telecom industry
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, macros, and Power Query
• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook & Word
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
