Job Summary

A company is looking for a Processor to support homeowners applying for a Home Equity Investment product by preparing files for underwriter review.

Key Responsibilities

• Review applications and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy
• Communicate proactively with homeowners, teammates, and third-party vendors regarding file-related items
• Process and prepare files for underwriter review while ensuring compliance with guidelines and policies

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in loan processing
• Understanding of mortgage industry regulations and best practices
• Experience using CRM systems, such as Salesforce
• Experience working with mortgage and real estate third-party vendors
• Understanding of home equity investments is preferred
