A company is looking for a Billing Specialist who will support the billing team with various financial tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Create invoices and ensure accuracy in collaboration with team members
- Prepare and record customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable
- Review past-due amounts and contact customers for payment requests
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business, or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, and collections
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including formulas and pivot tables
- Knowledge of Intacct and Salesforce is an asset
- Detail-oriented and organized with a high level of accuracy
