CPA Senior Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Accounting to join their Finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive technical accounting review for new contracts and present conclusions to the Director of Accounting
• Lead and manage all aspects of the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
• Assist in implementation and documentation of internal controls and support financial statement preparation and audits

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in corporate accounting/finance or public accounting
• Active CPA license
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and ASC 606 revenue recognition
• Experience with complex accounting topics and writing technical accounting memos
