Senior Accountant with CPA License

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant who will serve as the primary accounting partner for a portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client accounting relationships, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with GAAP
• Lead a team of accounting professionals, providing mentorship and supporting their career development
• Oversee the monthly close process, revenue cycle management, and compliance-related reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and/or CPA license preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Accounting Manager and 2+ years of audit experience in a CPA firm
• Strong experience with QuickBooks Online; familiarity with Xero, Intacct, and NetSuite is a plus
• Proven experience in revamping accounting processes and technology
• Deep knowledge of complex payroll and revenue recognition standards (e.g., ASC 606)
