Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to oversee all accounting operations and ensure the integrity of financial statements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare consolidated monthly financial statements in compliance with ASPE and US GAAP standards
• Manage cash planning, treasury, and ensure compliance with internal accounting policies
• Coordinate annual audits and oversee special projects aimed at process automation

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in accounting
• Prior Controller experience in a business with over $25M in revenue, preferably in high-growth SaaS
• Experience with mergers and acquisitions and ERP integrations
• Familiarity with Sage Intacct is a plus
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and precision
