Job Summary
A company is looking for a Billing Associate responsible for managing customer invoices and accounts receivable.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and send accurate customer invoices using the billing system, Sage Intacct
- Manage overdue accounts receivable and establish payment plans to reconcile payments
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding billing support and concerns
Required Qualifications
- Experience with corporate billing, accounts receivable, or collections; SaaS experience is a plus
- Familiarity with billing systems; experience with Sage Intacct is a plus but not required
- Customer service experience with a strong focus on interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively
