Billing Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Associate responsible for managing customer invoices and accounts receivable.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and send accurate customer invoices using the billing system, Sage Intacct
• Manage overdue accounts receivable and establish payment plans to reconcile payments
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding billing support and concerns

Required Qualifications

• Experience with corporate billing, accounts receivable, or collections; SaaS experience is a plus
• Familiarity with billing systems; experience with Sage Intacct is a plus but not required
• Customer service experience with a strong focus on interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively
• Team player mentality with a desire for personal and professional growth
