Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to oversee GL accounting and manage an accounting team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the month-end close process to ensure timely and accurate financial statements
• Prepare and review journal entries, manage accruals, and maintain reconciliation schedules
• Manage and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance and development opportunities

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience
• 2+ years of experience managing direct reports
• CPA or equivalent professional certification preferred
• Experience with month-end closing, financial statement preparation, and audit processes
• ERP and accounting software experience required (NetSuite, Ramp, Confido, or similar systems)
