A company is looking for a Premium Accounting Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Generates premium invoices and processes payments while ensuring adherence to underwriting guidelines
- Maintains accurate records of policyholder information, premiums, and payments
- Supports audits by providing necessary documentation and reconciliations related to premium accounting activities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration preferred
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in premium accounting or accounting in the Insurance Industry preferred
- Experience with financial transaction management and premium invoicing
- Familiarity with accounting principles and practices
- Ability to identify and investigate discrepancies in accounting records
